How much experience does the photographer have? Specifically, how many wedding have the photographed. Someone could say they have 10 years experience. However, if they shoot 5 weddings per year that may not be enough. Another photographer that shoots 30 weddings per year (for 10 years) will have more experience overall.
All photographers should have plenty of backup equipment. Make sure the photographer you choose does too. If not, what happens if the only camera they have stops working during your ceremony?
